What if I don't find a design I like?
We can replicate any design you'd like! Just upload an image from your computer when ordering but please be sure to include detailed instructions such as the placement of the logo, correct spellings, and anything else you'd like us to know! If you have and questions about your desired design, please contact us, and we'll be glad to help! (Please note: we cannot replicate licensed logos such as NFL and collegiate sports teams, to name a few.)
I have seen a design on your website or on Facebook but don't know how to go about ordering it. You can save the picture on your computer by right-clicking on it, clicking "save image as" and choosing a location to save it on your computer. Then, you can upload this image in the "custom design" box when ordering it on your desired product. What if I don't find clothing styles I like? If there's something you don't see, call us and we'll special order something for you! We have just picked the most fun, fashionable, and popular items. Are these clothes washable? Yes! Everything is 100% washable. Just wash it inside out on cold and line dry.Please do not machine-dry,
bleach, dry clean, or iron your tee as the heat and chemicals may cause
crystals to loosen. Do I have to place a minimum order? Nope there are no minimum orders!
Are there any set-up fees? There are no setup fees either.
How much is shipping? Shipping is $5 for 1-3 items, $10 for 4-6 items, and $15 for
7 or more. You will receive your merchandise within in two weeks. There is also
a free pickup option if you live in the Columbus, OH area. Please contact us for this address.
Whats your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our apparel, we cannot offer returns
or exchanges. However, if you find your product to be defective, you must
notify us within 5 business days of delivery. All items must be returned and
inspected in order to receive a replacement. If we find that the product is
defective, we will reimburse your shipping costs and send a replacement.
However, if we find that the error was not made on our part, shipping costs
will fall under your responsibility.
